  • Rockwell Plantation Fall Yard Sale - The fall Community Yard Sale will take place on the second Saturday in October, which is October 11th.  The "rain date" will be the next Saturday, October 18th. A two day ad will be placed in the newspaper.

  • New pool rule: Front-flips and back-flips off the side into the pool are prohibited. Diving off the side is also prohibited.

  • Best yard contest: School is out and summer is in full swing. The weather is beautiful and what a great time it is to be outside. Thank you to all of you who have put a little extra effort into maintaining your yards. The winners of the Best Yard Honor for the month of June are:
    *3 Delta Road - Rockwell Plantation I
    *8 Fawn Hill-Rockwell Plantation II

  • Submit forms online: If you would like to reserve the clubhouse for a group activity, you can now do it online. (You still need to sign the form and submit it with your deposit.) You are also now able to submit Architectural Review Requests online, uploading the accompanying documents like photos, site plans, etc. Hopefully, this will streamline things for those who are a little more technically savvy and like to do everything electronically!

  • Pool: We wanted to remind everyone to review the Pool Rules. Please take a minute to read over them. Most especially, please note that there is to be no glass in the pool area. This is a serious violation of the Health Code and the pool could be shut down. Also, alcohol and cigarettes (including e-cigarettes) are not permitted. Residents will be given two warnings. At the third violation, pool privileges will be revoked for the season.

  • Also, we are considering adding community activities at the clubhouse/pool, such as water aerobics, swimming lessons for children, art days, movies, etc. If you have an activity that you would like to see happen, or if you would like to be involved in helping plan the activities, please reply to the email or submit a comment on the Contact Us portion of the website.

  • The swimming pool is open for the season. As long as you are a homeowner in good standing, your fob should work from 9am to 9pm. If there is a problem, please send us a message by clicking here.

  • If you plan to use the pool, please review the Pool Rules. Residents who do not abide by the rules will receive two warnings and then have their pool rights revoked for the season.

  • Now that Spring is in full swing, we will be holding a Best Yard Contest. One yard in Rockwell Plantation 1 and Rockwell Plantation 2 will be chosen during the first week of each of the months of June, July and August. Spruce up your yards and enjoy the warm weather!

  • For those of you with children, please make sure that they do not cross neighbors' yards without permission.

  • The Annual Meeting was held on January 25, 2014. Minutes can be downloaded here.
